OTPZap provides virtual number services that can be used to receive verification codes (OTP) from various online platforms. This service is single-use and is intended only to assist with legitimate account verification.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
- Each user is permitted to have only one active account.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including:
- Personal account verification on online platforms.
- Application development and testing.
- Personal privacy and security needs.
5. Prohibited Use
You are not allowed to use the Service for:
- Fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities.
- Sending spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Maliciously violating the terms of third-party platforms.
- Reselling access to your OTPZap account without permission.
- Conducting attacks against the OTPZap infrastructure.
6. Payment and Balance
- Deposits are made via QRIS and are quick once payment is confirmed.
- Deposited balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Balance can be used to purchase virtual numbers at listed prices.
- Automatic refund is given if no OTP arrives before the order expires.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
- OTPZap is not responsible for verification failures caused by third-party platforms.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of your account by third parties due to user negligence.
- The Service is provided "as is" without specific warranties.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You violate these terms and conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Required by competent legal authorities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of those changes.
